Meet Ana Ponea
Our Goals’ Founder
Born in Romania, Ana learned from an early age that success requires positivity, planning, hard work and discipline – even in competitive environments. Living across Europe and Asia instilled in her a global mindset, enriched by embracing diverse cultures. From her varied experiences, Ana also recognized the inequalities that exist in society. She realized that while we can’t control the circumstances we’re born into, we have a responsibility to use our abilities to help others.
This drove Ana’s passion for creating positive change in the world. She dedicates her time, energy and talents to uplifting people – guided by the diverse perspectives she gained overseas.
Ana’s commitment to creating positive change through education was ignited by a defining moment during the 2019 haze in Singapore. While conducting a gymnastics class, she noticed only two students in attendance due to the haze, a stark revelation of its disruptive impact.
Motivated by this experience and the inequalities she witnessed in her international journey, Ana founded Our Goals in 2021. Her aim: to harness her extensive educational experience to help companies enhance their ESG strategies and address the environmental and educational challenges in areas like Lombok, Indonesia.
Ana sees knowledge as a tool for personal growth and a means to empower communities, especially those affected by environmental issues like the haze. Driven by this belief, Ana immersed herself in studying sustainable finance through various courses, seeking to understand the intricacies of the challenges she aimed to address. This deep dive into sustainable finance was not just about gaining knowledge; it was about equipping herself to make a meaningful impact.
Ana saw a unique opportunity to leverage education to address social inequalities and environmental challenges simultaneously. Combining her experiences and newfound understanding of sustainable finance became a clear vision to help corporate clients achieve their CSR goals whilst delivering real benefits to communities.

Meet Holly Naylor
Our Goals’ Partner
Holly Naylor is a passionate sustainability advocate dedicated to empowering business-led sustainable change. With over 15 years of work experience including pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, investment banking and corporate relocation, Holly has diverse business experience.
A transformative encounter with the Matcha Initiative, a Singapore-based not-for-profit organisation, awakened Holly to the urgency of sustainable action. Since then, she has continually taken classes and pursued certifications like the Cambridge Business Sustainability Management course and GRI standards to deepen her knowledge.
Today, Holly works as a sustainability officer and uses her content creation skills to spread awareness of sustainability. Through her partnership with Our Goals, she uses her experience to support companies in pursuing their CSR goals by building schools in Indonesia to achieve the maximum social and environmental impact.
Using authentic storytelling and data-driven content, Holly works to raise the visibility of Our Goals’ projects, engages stakeholders, and raises awareness about waste solutions whilst delivering social impact.
Holly actively challenges greenwashing and false narratives. She aims to motivate conscious business practices by sharing the compelling story of Our Goals and how companies can create sustainable value and deliver social impact.
